2. VSI.SI WEB SEARCH ENGINE
VSI.SI SEARCH ENGINE CONTENT AND LIABILITY LIMITATION FOR LINKS
Vsi.si has no effect on the content or the results of the queries on the Vsi.si search engine. The software automatically examines the World Wide Web for websites that match the size of the Vsi.si web search engine, and temporarily saves the content of the websites found in the data warehouse. Then, the pages in the data warehouse are sorted. When a user enters a keyword into the search engine Vsi.si, the search is automatically done in the index of the stored websites, and the results are properly sorted and displayed to the user.
THE REMOVAL OF A WEBSITE FROM THE VSI.SI WEB SEARCH ENGINE RESULTS
Because the websites in the search engine results are searched automatically, stored in the data warehouse and sorted by the website content, there may be websites listed in the results of a web search for which their respective owners/managers do not wish for them to be listed among the results of the web search engine. In this case, the website manager can add an online document to the Meta data in which it is stated that the Vsi.si cannot classify or store the document. Vsi.si strictly adheres to these instructions and does not display the so marked websites. This way, web site administrators are given the opportunity to exempt their website from the results of the web search engine. Vsi.si alerts that due to the updating of the data warehouse, the meta bookmark is taken into account from the next update forwards, and therefore, there may be a several days’ delay. In this intermediate time, a particular web site or its content is still accessible via the web search engine Vsi.si, or vice versa. The same thing applies in the event when a particular web site or content is deleted, because its quick preview is still available during the transition period.
3. VSI.SI WEBSITE DIRECTORY
Vsi.si allows users to sign in the website directory. The sing-up/enrollment fee for 1 (one) year is determined by the price list and depends on the services required by the user. The price list can be found on the vsi.si website. Before the web site publishing, the entry is inspected by an editor, who can either publish or decline it. This inspection happens only once, therefore Vsi.si can only be liable for the web site condition during the web site inspection. Vsi.si cannot and does not take any responsibility for any changes made to the content (news, exclusive campaigns) after the web site inspection, since Vsi.si is not notified about any changes made and has no control over them. If the purchase of the Vsi.si services is paid in part or in full and the customer resigns from the project, Vsi.si reserves the right to withhold the payment.
We reserve the right to terminate the service 10 days after the expiration of the due payment period if we do not receive a payment or at least confirm that the service has been extended or paid.

Responsibility for links
Vsi.si has no influence on the display of query results, it is a set of relevant web links to websites outside of its control, according to certain criteria. Vsi.si does not verify the content of the web pages before they are entered into the data warehouse, since verifying is objectively impossible due to the amount of data. This means that the results on the web search engine, Vsi.si could also show a link to a website whose content is illegal, harmful, misleading, and disputable or offensive, for which Vsi.si does not take responsibility. Due to the nature of the Internet, Vsi.si cannot be liable or take liability or responsibility for the content of such websites. Vsi.si is not liable or responsible for any damage that would occur to the user due to the content of the third-party websites, whose link is shown in the results of the online search engine. Vsi.si has no effects on a web site that is displayed in the results on the Vsi.si web search engine, and the entire content of these web pages is solely under control of the operators of these websites. Similarly, Vsi.si does not take any responsibility for the short descriptions of the webpages that appear next to the link to the respective website on the results of the web search engine Vsi.si, since this content is an integral part of the HTML source code and thus in the sphere of the controller of the respective web site.
