Rivets get deformed to permanently bind surfaces together
Rivets are used for joining surfaces that cannot be welded, soldered or glued together. Rivet gets slightly deformed so it stays in place and permanently binds the two surfaces together. It can support operating loads and acts like a pin.

Rivets for different requirements and wishes at a good price
In comparison to semi-tubular rivets, solid rivets with a button, countersunk or pan head have a much longer tradition. Because they are stronger and harder to fasten, we use them for permanent and movable joints. Solid rivets are installed by using a pneumatic rivet gun or an air hammer. Semi-tubular rivet has a partial hole opposite the head and is easier to apply. Semi-tubular rivets are made of cooper, iron, brass and aluminium, while solid rivets can be made of stainless steel (INOX) and silver (Ag) as well. The dimensions of solid rivets are ranging from 1mm to 8mm in diameter, and up to 50mm in length, and from 2,5mm to 5mm in diameter, and up to 40mm (the hole can be drilled up to 60mm) for semi-tubular rivets. On customer's request, both types of rivets can be ribbed. Shoulder rivets are mainly made of iron (Fe), but it is possible to choose between brass, aluminium and cooper as well. Standard dimensions are ranging from 2mm to 5mm in diameter, and up to 30mm in length. Our contact rivets can be made of stainless steel (INOX), copper (Cu), brass (CuZn) and silver (Ag).Their dimensions are ranging from 1mm to 3mm in diameter, and up to 10mm in length.
